On March 19, 2026, I will present Unlocking Musical Recall: Multisensory Strategies at Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas. This interactive workshop will explore practical approaches to musical memory and performance recall for pianists and music students.

Through a series of focused examples and applied exercises, participants will engage with strategies designed to strengthen retention, concentration, and security in performance. The session will emphasize a multisensory view of memorization, connecting analysis, listening, physical awareness, and mental preparation in ways that support both learning and artistic confidence.

Presented within Texas Woman’s University’s musical community, Unlocking Musical Recall: Multisensory Strategies will offer students a setting for artistic and intellectual growth while addressing one of the central challenges of performance preparation: how to build reliable, thoughtful, and flexible musical memory.
